Priority On Call Virtual Assistance Services originally started in the year 2000 as a successful Internet service provider that partnered with Qwest Communications in Saint George,Utah. As the company grew, the need for Customer Service employees was soon apparent and welcomed to alleviate the work load of the owners.
It was challenging as time went on due to the downturn of the economy and competition. The owners were working harder for less money and they needed to find a solution to hire more employees and save money.
Upon exploring the idea for many months and learning as much as possible the decision was made to go to the Philippines and start a call center with highly skilled Filipino workers for a desirable financial savings.
In January, 2010, a company representative traveled to Puerto Princesa City, Palawan,
Philippines and started a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company and begin taking calls for Customer Service for Internet sign ups, phone service, long distance, and Direct TV.
Priority On Call Virtual Assistance Services has been working with Filipinos for years now and saw the opportunity to bring Filipino diligence in the workplace for other Clients and their customers benefit.
