Submit your online inquiry to set up a call with a Virtual Assistant Consultant to determine your exact needs and compatibility. Once an agreement is in place we will assign a professional liaison to insure the success of your project.
Step 2.
Meet your Liaison Professional
You will meet with you Liaison Professional who will acquire the detailed project information including but not limited to tasks you require, software tools you require and use, office personality, and company culture to best match your project to the correct skilled Virtual Assistant talent.
Step 3.
Securing Your Virtual Assistant Talent
Our team will locate, interview and vet the best matched talent through our data base of dozens of Virtual Assistants as well as our ongoing recruitment programs of for highly skilled, college educated and motivated Virtual Assistants. Then your liaison will interview and select the best Virtual Assistant for your project and forward a Talent Bio for your approval.
Step 4.Video Call Virtual Assistant Introduction
Once you have have approved of your Virtual Assistant, you, your liaison, and your Virtual Assistant will meet through a video call. We can then set goals, expectations, oversight as well as communications methods for the success of your project.
Step 5.
Time to go to work!
Your liaison will be in close contact with you for the first few weeks or longer if needed depending upon the complexity of your project. Your liaison works shoulder to shoulder in the same office with your Virtual Assistant to provide all the necessary support for the success of your project through our proven onboarding process.
Step 6.
Communicating Results
